Prices and Packages
The first question that is always asked of us when it comes to wedding videography is, “How much?”
While we feel this is not necessarily the most important question to answer, it is the answer that is needed immediately before going on to consider the packages and how the video will “feel.” So, without further ado, below you will find our package names and their prices.
If you have visited our website before, you will notice that the pricing structure has changed dramatically. Changes in methodology combined with rising costs of travel and production have forced us to raise our standard rates.
A normal wedding demands around 8 hours of production on your wedding day (16 man hours). After the ceremony and reception, the work truly begins for the videographer. A one-hour ceremony and four-hour reception usually demands over 40 hours of post-production and editing. In total, a wedding will need around 60-80 man hours for a finished product.

Ceremony Only Package - $600.00
This package is aimed at economy-minded brides and grooms or couples that have chosen to marry with a simple ceremony. The package includes only footage of the wedding ceremony, but will provide you with a professionally-edited film complete with titles and special effects, sure to entertain you and your loved ones for years to come.
This package includes:
- Complete coverage of the marriage ceremony
- Attendance at rehearsal to discuss logistics and flow (when scheduling allows)
- Two cameras and two videographers present at the ceremony
- Wireless audio systems to capture the words of the officiant and the vows
- Filming of the portraits before and after the ceremony
- Digital photo montage at end of film
- Titles, transitions, special effects, professional editing
- 3 copies of DVD, printed on DVD label, photo case for DVD
- Ceremony length up to two hours only, please. For longer ceremonies, contact us.
Ceremony and Reception - $1,000.00
This is the most popular package, also known as the “standard” wedding package. Videographers will cover both the ceremony and the reception, and both will be edited together on the DVDs and separated into chapters for easy viewing. You will receive everything in the standard package, with the addition of the reception coverage.
Our customers tell us that the reception is their second favorite part to watch (second only to the vows in the ceremony). Seeing family and friends enjoying themselves, the toasts given by the Best Man and the Maid of Honor, the dances with their parents... These are the memories you will want when you are watching this DVD five, ten, twenty, or even fifty years in the future.
This package includes:
- Complete coverage of the marriage ceremony
